Shipping Information

• All Shipments are made via FedEx Ground, UPS or USPS and are shipped usually within 2 days of receipt of order.

• BioSun Orders have the option to ship free, or expedited 2 day delivery will be charged $10 Freight anywhere in the Continental US.

• At this time we only ship to the Continental US.

• We will not ship to PO Boxes.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your BioSun product purchase, we will refund you the full amount excluding shipping costs.

Contact customersupport@biosun.us and include “Biosun Return” in the subject to begin the refund process.
